CNC machining
In 2013, ORT Nový Bydžov modernized the technologies in the cutting operation area. We offer CNC cutting operation on the high-speed machines. For detailed information see the separate section of CNC machining.
Lathe
The conventional machining on the conventional lathes, that are suitable for the single-piece manufacture, is also the unceasing support for the modern CNC lathes. ORT Nový Bydžov has the SUI 40 lathe.
Milling machine
The conventional machining on the conventional milling machines, that are suitable for the single-piece manufacture, is also the unceasing support for the modern CNC lathes. ORT Nový Bydžov has the MOMAC tool making milling machine.
Press
We press the parts from plates. We process galvanized metal sheets, aluminium metal sheets, steel metal sheets, and stainless metal sheets. For the process of pressing we have eccentric presses that we use not only for plate pressing but for metal pressing and punching. In pressing we are capable of processing all the available plate formats and thicknesses that we keep on stock in the basic quantities.
