In most cases, the mechanical component or steel structure leaves our plant with surface treatment. The surface treatment can be polishing and grinding, galvanizing, chromium-plating or paints or sprays.
Polishing and grinding
We implement polishing and grinding of metals either as a final surface treatment in case of stainless materials or we perform grinding and polishing as a surface preparation before the final surface treatment, for example, before the hard chrome plating, decorative chrome plating or other decorative surfaces. It is mainly before the hard chrome plating that so called grinding and polishing to form a mirror body is performed.
Paints and Spray Coats
It is in the overwhelming number of cases that machine component or steel structure leaves our site with surface treatment. We implement the paints and spray coats mostly in cooperation with our long-term partners in this area.
Galvanizing
Galvanizing is a process during which a layer of zinc is being applied to the basic material. Galvanizing is the most efficient protection of corrosive steels. As the surface treatment, galvanizing will assert itself in all the production sectors where attractive appearance and corrosion resistant treatment are a must.
